We have developed a variety of v-band antenna technology that can provide 60 GHz operation through either connectors, or by direct integration into semiconductor material. These small antennas provide an efficient radiator over an operational bandwidth of 57 to 65 GHz and exhibit a VSWR of less than 2:1 over this band. The connectorized antennas include a v type connector.
