Pharad’s VP of Engineering Dr Dalma Novak To Speak at International Microwave Symposium Focus Session

Hanover, MD – Dalma Novak, Pharad’s VP of Engineering and IEEE Fellow, will be a featured speaker at a special session to be held during next month’s IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS) in San Francisco, CA. The session is being organized by IEEE Women in Microwaves and will have contributions from several women IEEE Fellows as well as a panel session entitled “Leadership: How to Inspire Change”. Dr Novak will participate in both the focus session where she will discuss her work and technical achievements in microwave photonics as well as the panel session, where she will join other women technology leaders from around the world to discuss leadership and how to inspire change.
